Latest products and developments presented at ICE 2013 in Munich.
With a further 16% increase in visitor attendance compared to the exhibition in 2011, ICE Europe 2013 was the biggest International Converting Exhibition ever, setting new standards for trade fairs. A total of over 6,600 visitors from 64 countries came to Munich to find out about the latest products and services for converting and processing web-shaped materials, such as paper, film, foil and non-woven fabrics.
Machine demonstrations, live demonstrations, technical discussions and establishing contacts and networking were the focus of the exhibition. ICE 2013 featured 401 exhibitors from 19 countries covering a total area of over 10,000 sqm. With an enormous variety of new products and innovative solutions, the ICE exhibition has made itself a magnet for converting specialists from all over the world.
Horstmann Maschinenbau was represented by Graduate Engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) Rudolf Böckers, who drew a very positive response from his many consultations with interested exhibition visitors. “An increase of over 25% in visitor inquiries for high quality products shows that our preferred customer-specific solutions are being very well received and preferred on the market”, says company owner Klaus Horstmann.
